The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Nawada Town P.S. Case No.453 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47(A)(C)(E)(G) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. It is alleged that on confidential information, the informant surrounded the house of Mantu Singh and recovered foreign liquor from the house of Mantu Singh as mentioned in the seizure list enclosed with the written report. It is further alleged that three persons managed to run away and one person was arrested who disclosed his name as Pappu Singh. Pappu Singh disclosed the name of this petitioner who ran away from the

It has been submitted that there is no recovery from the possession of this petitioner. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No.453 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
