The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. No Test Identification Parade has been held. His name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Bipin Kumar.

Petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
