In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Suryapura P.S. Case No. 26 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Annexures 2 and 3 show that the relationship between the petitioner and his wife has reached to irretrievable situation.

In such view of the matter, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39850 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Suryapura P.S.
