Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation is of torture in connection with demand of dowry.

Petitioner no.1 is the husband of the Nanad of the informant and petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law and the marriage was solemnized in the year 2010 and allegation against them is general and omnibus.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5575 of 2017 (2) dt.07-02-2017 2/2 receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, Dilshad Alam and Hiyatun Nisha be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No.205 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
