For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Santan Singh (Petitioner in person) For the Respondent (State): Mr. Ranjan Kumar Singh, Advocate. For the Respondent (BEPC): Mr. Girijesh Kumar, Advocate. ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 07-03-2018 The petitioner is in person.
The matter is pending since 2013 and this application has been filed for review of the order passed on 21.10.2013 in CWJC No. 10440/2013 filed by the petitioner in the form of a
Patna High Court C. REV. No.453 of 2013 (5) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 Public Interest Litigation.
The petitioner wanted a CBI enquiry to be conducted with regard to construction of new government buildings after demolition of the old buildings which have been constructed during last 5-10 years allegedly by using sub-standard materials. A Co-ordinate Division Bench of this Court while hearing the Writ Petition did not think it appropriate to interfere into the aforesaid matter and dismissed the Writ Petition. The petitioner by filing this review petition wants review of the matter which has already been considered and dismissed. The matter is beyond the scope of judicial review.
In view of the parameters laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the matter of SASI (Dead) through Legal Representatives Vs. Arabindakshan Nair & Anr. [(2017) 4 SCC 692] for review, we find that no grounds for review of the matter is made out in the present case as there is no error apparent on the face of the record.
The review application is dismissed.
