The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Under /Rule 40 (2),

(4) and (8) of Bihar Miner and Mineral Concession Rules and U/s 15 of Bihar Mineral Prevention of Illeal Mining Transportation and Safeguard Rules and Protection of Environment Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner surfaced during investigation, petitioner is suspected in the instant case. Petitioner is one of the drivers who escaped from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.75900 of 2018(2) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 the place of occurrence after loading 70 cft Sand. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sikta P.S.
