The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 84 of 2022 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case with ulterior motive. Further he submits that in the instant case, the first information report is filed after lapse of three months of the alleged occurrence. It is also submitted that prior to filing of this case, petitioner has also filed a case against the informant for the same offence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.60303 of 2022(2) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VI, Danapur in connection with Bikram P.S.
