2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gangabridge P.S. Case No. 248 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 238 and 61 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing his wife. From the FIR it appears that she was taken to the hospital and thereafter she died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased had committed suicide and she was taken to the hospital for treatment. The petitioner is in custody since 17.03.2025. He further submits that the family members of the deceased had participated in the cremation.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Gangabridge P.S. Case No. 248 of 2024.
