2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1428 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 506, 34 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, when the informant's brother was returning to his home, in the way, the petitioner and coaccused persons came and started abusing him. Further, the petitioner gave a knife blow on his nose and co-accused Bittu Kumar snatched Rs. 5,000/- from his pocket.

He has submitted further that the complaint petition has been filed after three days of the occurrence. There is land dispute between the parties and the injury report is given by private hospital. The petitioner is under custody since 17.06.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ist Danapur in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1428 of 2022, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
