====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Danapur P.S. Case No. 302 of 2018, Special Case No. 4802 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 385, 387, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(B) of Bihar Excise Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.5.2018. He has no criminal antecedent. There is general and omnibus allegation against him. It is alleged in the written report that petitioner made demand of Rs. 4,000/- as ransom from the informant and gave threat to shoot the informant when ransom amount is not paid. The smell of liquor was coming out from his mouth. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Danapur P.S.
