JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2017 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case the informant has filed compromise petition also alleging innocence of the petitioner. The petitioner is the husband and he wants to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail. Accordingly, prayer has been made to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous.

Prayer is allowed and this Criminal Miscellaneous is dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and seek regular bail and then the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner shall be considered, considering that the informant is now not supporting the prosecution version. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous is hereby disposed of.
