The petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No.126 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal.
The accusation is of killing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, by her husband and in-laws due to non- fulfillment of the demand of dowry within two years of her marriage. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law respectively of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, and

No.5165 of 2017 (2) dt.18-03-2017 2/2 they used to reside separate with the husband of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, but with an ulterior motive, the petitioners have also been falsely implicated in this case. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
