JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "i) For issuance of writ in nature of mandamus and directing and commanding the Respondent authorities to make compensation of the petitioner for her dependents. Due to remain custody in false and fabricated case lodged by police.

ii) For laches of treatment on the part of jail administration it show hole and sole responsibilities to make compensation

Patna High Court CWJC No.17029 of 2022(2) dt.20-06-2023 2/2 after requesting with regards to release the petitioner for provisional bail whereby and whereunder the husband of the petitioner dies in judicial custody due to not proper treatment by the department concern."

Though, it is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State that the husband of the petitioner died a natural death on account of illness during the course of treatment, however, the respondent-State is not averse to the idea, of the petitioner filing appropriate representation before the Inspector General of Police, Prison, Bihar, Patna for redressal of her aforesaid grievances.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Inspector General of Police, Prison, Bihar, Patna for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
