JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the order dated 23.10.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Patna.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case the appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall examine the case of the petitioner on merits without being impeded by the issue of limitation and pass orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
