Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 147, 149, 341 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner no.1 had gone to inspect the school and during inspection, he was assaulted. The case was lodged by him but the supporters blocked the road which held the movement of traffic. However, there is no allegation of any rioting or causing injury to any one and petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioners, namely, 1.
