1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State, Ravindra Kumar.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he refused to give paint, sand, cement, gravel on credit to the petitioner, on which petitioner threatened and called his 40-50 associates and thereafter petitioner assaulted him on head causing injury.

4. Learned counsel next submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that the petitioner by profession is a painter and had purchased paint for painting, further with the paint he had gifted some coupon which he had gone to redeem from the shop of the informant when informant objected on account of which an altercation took place in which both side assaulted each other. It is further submitted that as far as allegation of snatching money and chain is alleged, the same is an exaggerated allegation to give serious colour to the case. It is also submitted that even injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 545 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down
