The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 293 of 2013 registered for offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307, 379, 427, 436, 447 and 508 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Mr. Ravi Shankar Sahai, learned counsel for the petitioners with reference to the FIR placed at Annexure-1 submits that the allegation is general and omnibus and except that the petitioners have been named in the FIR there is nothing specific against them.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking note of nature of allegation, let the petitioners, namely, (1)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39870 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 Sandhya Devi and (2) Bhagmati Devi in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today be released on bail upon each one of them individually furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 293 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
