Petitioner seeks bail in Kadamkuan P.S. Case No.463 of 2018, registered under Sections 401 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the allegation made by the informant, the petitioner and three other accused persons were coming on a Scooty and a motorcycle. Although four persons were apprehended. From possession of Sonu some tools and Rs.8000/- was recovered and from the house of Sumeet, three LCD TV were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 11.08.2018 and he has got no criminal antecedent.
