Patna High Court CWJC No.14110 of 2023(3) dt.01-04-2024 2/2 petitioner has stated that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the application of the petitioner for granting consent to establish and operate the unit of common Bio-Medical Wast Tretment Facility was rejected. The petitioner intends to move the National Green Tribunal Eastern Zone, Kolkata by away of appeal against the said order. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail alternative remedy available to him.

2. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
