Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504/506 of the Indian Penal Code and under the Arms Act. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that other co-accused have already been allowed anticipatory bail. There is general and omnibus allegation. Prior to the instant case, there is no criminal antecedent of the petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. From perusal of the First Information Report, it appears that there is allegation against the petitioner of causing fire arms injury on the informant.

Considering the seriousness of allegation, prayer for
