JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-05-2015 The petitioners apprehend arrest in relation to Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2014 instituted under sections 406, 419, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are President and Cashier of an N.G.O. The informant is the Secretary, who alleges that having withdrawn a sum of rupees one lac for purchase of cow, the cow was not purchased rather rupees two lacs were withdrawn and a taxi was purchased.

It is submitted that the petitioners being the office bearers, at best it could only be a case of civil liability. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender of the petitioners within four weeks from today, the
