The petitioner seeks bail in Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 394 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 307, 326, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
From the written report it appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of causing firearm injury on right shoulder of the informant which also finds support from the injury report.
Case diary has been received.
The injury report is available in paragraph-85 of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77353 of 2018(3) dt.08-03-2019 2/2 the case diary wherein the Doctor has found as many as eight injuries on the person of the injured.
Prayer for bail of other co-accused have already been rejected by this Court as well as coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 22.11.2018 and 10.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 61037 of 2018 and 71574 of 2018 respectively. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail stands rejected.
