Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that until final settlement, the petitioner is ready to pay alimony to his wife .

Considering the aforesaid, the provisional bail granted vide order dated 16.9.2019 is made absolute subject to the condition that petitioner shall make payment of Rs. 2500/- as maintenance to his wife, Neha Kumari.

So long as the petitioner keeps making payment Rs. 2500/- per month to his wife, Neha Kumari, the court below shall allow the petitioner to the privilege of bail, failing which
