JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2023 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 24.2.2020, passed by the District Arms Magistrate, Nalanda, whereby and whereunder the application, filed by the petitioner for grant of arms license, has been rejected, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits, without the appellate authority being
