JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Excuse Complaint Case No. 137 of 2018 for the offense under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.9.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Banka in connection with Excuse Complaint Case No. 137 of 2018.
