The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore M.J.C. No. 5226 of 2010, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 05-09-2012. After hearing and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, same is allowed.

Let M.J.C. No. 5226 of 2010 be restored to its original file.

It is clarified that if order dated 05-09-2012 passed in M.J.C. No. 5226 of 2010 is not complied with within a period of three weeks from today, the said petition i.e. M.J.C. No. 5226 of 2010 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a bench. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
