No. 2127 of 2022 is filed for non-compliance of order dated dated 20th July, 2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9773 of 2021. Even though, the order was required to be complied within three months from the date of

Patna High Court MJC No.2127 of 2022 dt.17-02-2024 2/2 receipt of petitioner's representation, in other words, concerned respondent was required to comply the orders of this Court before February, 2022. There is no application for extension of time to comply the orders of this Court, in other words, concerned respondent slept over the matter.

2. Be that as it may, belatedly, orders of this Court has been complied on 27.01.2024. Petitioner is at liberty to question the order dated 27.01.2024, if the petitioner is not satisfied. However, the litigation cost is warranted on the score that there is a highly belated compliance to orders of this Court dated 20th July, 2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9773 of 2021 i.e., only on 27.01.2024. Litigation cost, a sum of Rs. 5,000/- shall be paid to the petitioner on behalf of the concerned official respondents within a period of eight weeks from today.

3. Accordingly, the present M.J.C.-Contempt petition stands disposed of.
