The petitioner is in custody since 04.11.2018 in connection with Excise Case No.324 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) Bihar Excise Prohibition & Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries of 57.60 litres of liquor were made from the back side of the house of the petitioner which is in joint occupation of the petitioner and other families. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has got a clean past, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76850 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Sessions JudgeCum-Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Excise Case No.324 of 2018.
