The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bansi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 419 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioner was appointed on the post of Prakhand Teacher in the year 2007 not on the basis of the forged documents rather his appoint has been made on the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62831 of 2019(5) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 basis of certificate supplied by the BSEB, Patna and Bihar Intermediate Council, Patna. No criminal case is made out against the petitioner. Further submission is that the petitioner has passed Intermediate Examination in the year 1995. The inquiry is going on in the present matter and since then the matter is pending.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Arwal in connection with Bansi P.S. Case No. 33 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
