JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-12-2018 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 310 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is of recovery of one loaded country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner and further it appears that the petitioner is accused in one more case. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and he is in judicial custody since 22.06.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76342 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj P.S. Case No. 310 of 2018.
