The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No.190 of 2021 registered under Sections 366(A), 504, 506, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner has falsely been implicated due to personal grudge. He further submits that the F.I.R. has been lodged after two weeks of the alleged occurrence. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60700 of 2022(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Special Judge (POCSO Act), Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No.190 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
