The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusari Town (Lohianagar) P.S. Case No.317 of 2016 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that after the death of the husband of the complainant the petitioner being the brother-in-law got the several blank cheques signed by the complainant and withdrew the amount and also to sell the truck which was in the name of the husband of the complainant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4535 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town (Lohianagar) P.S. Case No.317/16, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
