The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with iron rod on the nose of the informant. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that both parties are agnates and there is land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case. It is further submitted that after investigation, the police submitted final form and this petitioner was found innocent and was not sent up for trial. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
