2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Opposite Party nos. 2 and 3 vide order dated 13.11.2017 passed in A.B.P. NO. 1622/2017 arising out of Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 152 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 406, 504, 506 and 120(B) of I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that court below has failed to consider the fact that the O.P. Nos. 2 and 3 have not transferred the remaining 55 decimals. They
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73850 of 2019(4) dt.22-07-2026 2/2 have not completed the sale or refunded the money and they allegedly have threatened the petitioner with dire consequences.
4. From perusal of the records, it appears that the dispute is with regard to the transfer of land arising out of oral agreement for sale.
5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined for interference with the impugned order passed by the court below.
