Mr. Sanjay Prakash Verma, learned Advocate for the opposite parties referring to the show cause affidavit has submitted that in compliance with the order of this Court dated 03.01.2024 a detailed and reasoned order has been passed by the Executive Officer, Bankipur Anchal, copy of which is marked as Annexure-E. It is informed that the claim of the petitioner for granting death-cum-retiral benefits of late Ramchandra, the deceased employee is not permissible as per law and thus it came to be rejected.
