2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 827 of 2023 dated 26.10.2023, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 323, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 25.10.2023 at about 03:00 pm, the informant was coming from his field with grass, in the meanwhile, the petitioner along with other accused persons hatching up a conspiracy to kill the informant armed with iron rod, axe, knife and country made pistol attacked the informant due to which he sustained injury on his head and blood started oozing out. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65853 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/3 that Ashok Sao fired at the informant which hit at his left hand and threw him into water assuming him dead. Upon raising alarm and hearing the sound of firing, the inmates of the house of the informant reached at the spot and carried him to hospital for treatment.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the specific allegation is against coaccused Ashok Sao, who fired on the left hand of the informant and threw him into water assuming him dead. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature. Lastly, it has been submitted that petitioner has two criminal cases against him.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 827 of 2023, he shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
