After some arguments, Dr. Amrendra Kumar, learned Counsel, appearing for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the appropriate authority with appropriate application, if so advised, and also to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18258 of 2014 (3) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 No objection has been raised the respondents to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner. In view of the above and in the interest of justice, this writ application is hereby disposed of as withdrawn with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, including the respondent No.5, Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Buxar, with appropriate application, if so advised, and also to take recourse to such provisions of law as may be permissible.
