2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 155 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)(b)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. It is alleged that there is recovery of total 10 litres of illicit liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2023.

5. Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64410 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J. IVth Cum Special Judge Exclusive IInd Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Sare P.S. Case No. 155 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will visit Sare Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
