The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under sections 498(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 submits before the Court that the parties are agreed for one time settlement. Petitioner is ready to pay Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lacs) to O.P. No.2. Considering the submissions made above, petitioner is directed give a bank draft of Rs.2 Lakhs to the O.P. No. at the time of furnishing of bail bond.

In that view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on provisional bail, in the event of his arrest or

No.72065 of 2021(5) dt.22-09-2022 2/2 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below, where the case is pending/Successor court, in connection with Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No.276/2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. However, rest amount to the tune of Rs.6 Lacs has to be paid by the petitioner to the O.P. No.2 within a period of six months from today and both parties are directed to withdraw the respective cases filed against each other. With the mutual consent, they shall file a divorce petition before the learned court below.

The provisional bail of the petitioner shall be confirmed by the learned court below itself after payment of the entire undertaken amount.
