2. The present Cr. Misc. petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 06.07.2023 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge XXI, Patna in A.B.P. No. 5195 of 2023, arising out of Complaint Case No. 2293(C) of 2020.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps with respect to

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
