The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with GRP Jhajha Rail P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown accused persons having looted mobile phones from the A.C. compartment of the train.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is neither any recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner is having any criminal antecedent and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 15.09.2018.

No.77074 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Railway Keul in connection with GRP Jhajha P.S. Case No. 97 of 2018.
