The petitioners seek bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 98/2018, instituted for offences under Section(s) 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that on getting information that a dead body of unknown person is lying near the Surha Culvert, police party reached there and found the dead body of young person lying in the maize field of Birchandra Singh.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioners have been made accused in this case merely on suspicion on the ground that petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76460 of 2018(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 the deceased and petitioner no. 2 is villager. Petitioners are in custody since 20.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 98/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
