Petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.103 of 2017, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that while he was returning after closing his S.B.I.C.S.C., three unknown persons stopped his motorcycle and snatched his purse, cheque book and Rs.3500/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of co-accused Kanishk Kumar @ Bhola but petitioner was not put on TIP. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No.103 of 2017.
