JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-10-2024 Though the present writ petition has been filed to return the original will stated to have been presented by the deceasedfather of the petitioner, before the Sub-Registrar, Registration Officer, Phulwaria, District-Gopalganj on 07.04.2015, however, taking into account the contention raised by the respondents to the effect that no will was presented before the respondent no.6 for registration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Inspector General, Registrations, Department of Registration, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his

Patna High Court CWJC No.11875 of 2015(6) dt.24-10-2024 2/2 aforesaid grievances by filing appropriate representation. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner, before the Inspector General, Registrations, Department of Registration, Government of Bihar, Patna, within a period of four weeks from today, he shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
