For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ranjeet Kumar Pandey For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Ramesh Chandra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 01-03-2017 Beard both sides.
This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail on behalf of the petitioner. His prayer for bail was earlier permitted to be withdrawn considering the reliance placed on the case of Abinash Kumar @ Avinash Kumar @ Pappu vs. The State of Bihar [2016 (1) PLJR 575]. The petitioner was required to respond to the summons and present himself before the court and seek the privilege of bail. Instead of doing so, he has filed the present application. He also submits that a property dispute has been given a shape of a criminal case.
Be that as it may, considering the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3552 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 2/2 circumstances of the case as well as the order dated 27.09.2016 (Annexure-1) passed on his earlier anticipatory bail application, I am not satisfied that a case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
Without granting the relief, the application is disposed of.
