1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023 registered under Sections 302 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are mother-in-law and Nanad of the deceased respectively. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further he contended that husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 58 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
