It is the case of the petitioner that he is one of the major donors with regard to the college in question. But, since Bihar School Examination Board did not give him any opportunity to place his case and satisfy them about his status, prejudice has been caused in constitution of the ad hoc committee in stead of a regular governing body.

With the limited objection and grievance raised in the present writ application and keeping in mind that constitution of a regular governing body is still in the process, petitioner is given liberty to assert his right before the Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board, who after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, will surely decide as to his status and will keep that

Writ application stands disposed off with above liberty to the petitioner.
