The petitioners are apprehending his arrest in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 143, 149, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that the petitioners are one of the members of the mob of 200 to 250 persons involved in blockage of road in connection with demand of flood relief.

Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the

No.77286 of 2018(2) dt.21-12-2018 2/2 petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within one month from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kochadhaman P.S.
