supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

Petitioners have been remanded in the present case from another case of Arms Act. The present case has been registered for the offences under Section 396, 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, Sections 3, 4 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act on the allegation that the extremist came to capture Madhuban Police Station, looted arms therefrom in the year 2005. Petitioners were arrested for the first time in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46302 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 an Arms Act case in the year 2013 from which case they have been remanded in the present case on 10.09.2013. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that besides the present case and the Arms Act case from which they have been remanded in the present case, they are not accused in any other case, which fact be verified by the court below and if true, petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sikrahna at Motihari in connection with Madhuban P.S.
