JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that the petitioner was not paid the bill of Rs. 91,607/- for managing/maintainence of students of the Kasturba Gandhi Girls Schools, Meskaur for the period from August, 2011 to November, 2011.

The issue of bill remittance is matter of accounting which cannot be appropriately decided in the present writ

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the District Education Officer, Nawada enclosing all the relevant documents in support of his claim for bill of Rs. 91,607/-. The District Education Officer shall verify the claim of the petitioner and if it is found that any amount is payable to the petitioner, he shall thereafter ensure the payment within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of filing such representation.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
